Description

More info

Pierres Blanches is a high speed chair which departs from the top of the Montchavin chair, rising up to a plateau where you can catch either the Dos Rond chair or Plan Leschaux drag lift to reach the top of the area. The chair rises sharply over some very steep terrain before the gradient shallows at the top of the hill. The views through the forest are beautiful – but take a second also to look behind you for a great vista over the Isère valley and the towns of Aime and Bourg-St-Maurice, with Mont Blanc sitting proud in the distance. At the top, you can join the Mont Blanc blue run going skier’s left or stay right under the chair to access the Pierres Blanches blue – with the option to drop onto the Myrtilles blue, a short way down on the left.
