Description

More info

The Sérac is probably the steepest of the three blue pistes which fan out from the top of the Rossa chair. All these runs – Sérac, Rossa and Crepines – are gloriously wide motorway pistes with forgiving gradients which are perfect for early intermediates or those riders wanting to practise new skills. After a short pitch at the top, the piste drops in gradient but cants significantly to the left in the top section – and to the right in the bottom half. As with all runs in Champagny, the views over Trois Vallées, Pralognan and Grande Casse are spectacular. The bottom of this run also passes directly by one of the best on-hill restaurants in La Plagne – the Roc des Blanchets – with its massive terrace and imposing vista.
