Description

More info

The Samba red run is accessed via the Becoin chair followed by the top section of the Pavane run. It can be quite easy to miss – and is even harder to follow since the natural route of the hill takes you a much more direct route. Starting on the Pavane, follow the run until it turns to the right just above Aime 2000. Just after the turn, you’ll see two runs branching to the right – to the left is the Réservoir blue while right is Samba. Following this run down, you’ll be tempted to head right and join the Mont St Saveur blue but instead you should stay left and follow the path round the mountain. When you reach the bottom of the Stade drag left, turn right and follow the rest of Samba down towards Plagne Centre. The top of this run is one of the easier reds in the whole domain. It would also be optimistic to claim the bottom is anything more than a blue.
